Google Maps

This workshop introduces the “My Maps” feature of Google Maps. Learn to record the locations of features such as houses, schools, and trails; change display styles, using a variety of icons and colors. We’ll demonstrate some other free Web sites that you can use to bring in data from other sources, such as a GPS unit or a list of addresses. We’ll also show how to share your maps and data with others.
